I remember saying the same thing and worse yet, feeling the exact same way! What I’ve learned however is this; DONE RIGHT, Real Estate is now and has always been the easiest, safest and most lucrative investment in history! In fact, I call Real Estate The Ultimate Lifestyle Business. Why? Because it’s about passive income (money you don’t have to work for) and cashflow (money to support and improve your current lifestyle). And now, with all the news about mortgages defaulting and consumer credit problems and rising foreclosure rates – NOW is the PERFECT time to get started! Folks, we’ve been here before.
